“Many people are unaware that the U.S. continues to import asbestos into our country, and that we are still utilizing products that contain this poisonous hazard. We are organizing this event to promote education and awareness. Maybe, one day, with all of us armed with much more knowledge than we had yesterday, we can look towards a cure.”
