Asbestos Lung Cancer Lawsuit Filed in Michigan

The wife of a St. Clair County man who died of asbestos-related lung cancer has filed a lawsuit against dozens of different companies, including Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. Janis Baker is seeking over $50,000 in damages for the wrongful death of her late husband, Alfred Baker.

Mrs. Baker's husband, Alfred, was allegedly exposed to asbestos in his work as a plumber, welder, laborer, and mechanic for several different companies. He was diagnosed with asbestos-induced lung disease on November 20, 2012, and died from the disease on May 3, 2013.

If you or a loved one have been exposed to asbestos at work and diagnosed with an asbestos-related disease, you might be eligible for compensation from those responsible for your illness. A trial lawyer experienced in asbestos litigation will help you achieve the best results possible.
